Stomach ache

Ultrasound report: Calculus measuring 4.2 mm noted at lumen of gall bladder. No pericholecystic collection/wall thickening. CBD not dilated. Grade 1 prostatomegaly Bowell wall thickening (17mm) at splenic flexure. Spleen normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion. No ascites.

You have three issues. 1. Gall stones 2. Prostate enlargement 2. 3.Colon wall thickening - may be due to infection or tumour. All three can produce abdominal pain . To say exactly what is the cause of your pain , you need clinical examination and special  investigations
