Hello mate.
There are a wide variety of reasons for this problem. It could be dyspepsia, peptic acid disease or may be even some infection.
Here is what you can do.
1. Drink lots of water but boiled and cooled water.
2. Have curd twice a day to replenish your good bacteria.
3. Avoid irritant foods like oily, spicy foods. Beverages like coffee, tea etc.
4. Avoid eating heavy at night. Have high fiber containing foods.
5. Avoid sleeping immediately after having food. Give at least 2 hours of gap between food and sleep.
6. Sleep with a raised head. That means the head level should be upper than your abdomen.
Consult a surgeon or a gastroenterologist if problem still persists.
