For the past two days I wake up early morning with terrible stomach pain. I was able to identity the pain was mainly on the upper stomach, but its too painful to focus , wake , talk etc.
Diet - I start off my day with chapatti or iddli , or upma followed by multi vitiamns and fish oil capsules 3 hours after that I have another 2-3 chapatti. After which I have my lunch which is a cup of brown rice with whatever veg curry I get, again after 3 hrs I have a box filled with fruits and raw veg, dinner is again some half a glass of rice.
Also I consume green tea twice a week. I do not have any kind of
sugar in any form be it as cool drinks or plain white sugar. I use either jaggery or honey as replacement. Although the diet is the same the timing of the food was changed last week since my shift is now 6am to 3pm, but for the past 6 months it was night shift and I usually have something at 1145pm. I am worried about the time I consume my food.
On a side i burn 1500kcal at gym 5 days a week
