Your question is unclear as well as contradictory..it would have been better if you had attached the MRI report along with it so that I could have helped you...Well whether it is ischaemic stroke due to bleed..It does take time to resolve ..May be weeks, months or even years....Need to examine the or as well as see the report to be specific..Thank you
