I have been smoking 2 to 3 smokes from last 5 years each day. From last 1 and half year I have been feeling a bone popping in the centre of my chest while stretching after sitting for few ours in office. .. I googled it today and found it can be sternum popping . Is smoking relevant to that ? Do I need to worry ??
