It started yesterday in my school, there'a like a orange greasy oil after I pee, it has a foul smell. Is Steatorrhea dangerous? Am I going to be okay? What kind of treatment should I do?

Steatorrhea is fatty oily stools not in urine. What you describe could be a urine or vaginal infection. Please get a urine routine examination done, and visit a gynaecologist
