How to be stay healthy with daily diets and daily exercise, I mean to ask what should be our routine for diet and exercise to stay healthy,since office job leads to fat belly, also I can not run longer if needed so I get starving, also my weight is more than to be expected.

RDW - 14.7
Basophil - 01
Or this indicate any severe disease?
