Iam suffering from high fever and head ache and body weakness. My exam was going to held on may7th I want to become active as soon as possible .....please give me some suggestions

If required ,take as follows.... Tab moxclav 625 one tab twice daily Tab. Paracetamol one tab TDS/ SOS. Tab. Ranitidine two tabs. Stat then one tab thrice daily. For 5 days.
Next Steps
Tab Supradyn 1 OD for 15 days.
