ECG and Echo reports shows no problem in heart,Pediatric cardiologist told that there is no problem,but sudden stabbing pain disturbs the child with a cry,it remains for seconds.Sometimes it persists with breathing for hours.The dr.denies any medication,what should we do?

Get a Chest X ray done just to rule out everything. Could be muscular pain or reflux
