Squint in 3 month's baby

I have 3.5 months baby girl. It appears that from the beginning she has small squint in her eyes. Though her eyes move in coordination and she responds to moving objects and focuses also. But her one eye appears to move inward, more than the other. Need to know if this is temporary problem or permanent? What could possibly be the treatment for this..??

Hello I am a paediatric ophthalmologist . from the photography it does look that right eye is slightly inwards so first of all we have to assess the refractive status of the eyes and see and check  whether vision is same in both  the eyes .
Next Steps
consult a squint specialist
Health Tips
if there is a fixation preference in either of the eyes then some form of treatment has to be started in a way of alternate patching and wait for the child to cross 1 years of age Before any surgical intervention can be done
