Spotting instead of normal period

I have spotting instead of period which is started on the period date due itself last period was on 22nd January and on 22nd February I had only spotting once and on 23rd February again spotting once and then nothing else after that only vaginal dryness.i want to know is this a normal period or something else? I am very worried
