I even got my HCG test done and it was negative. Dont know the possible reasons. Got period properly on Nov 1st last. 15-16 dec spotting 4/5 jan spotting 28-29th jan spotting

Hormonal imbalance is the cause. Get your thyroid test done. And one sonography.  Check for cervical  erosion by gynec check up. If everything normal. Then take 2 to 3months hormones treatment.
