Today i am 19 th day after my last period, from two days brown spotting occurs, should i take promult N and duphaston together . dr recommended duphaston from day20

No u just take one of them..If u are having regular midcycle spotting for 2-3 days n otherwise periods are regular ..No need to take any treatment. It's physiological.
