I got spotting before periods 2weeks prior which stayed on n off for 3 4 days n today i have developed stomach cramps n started my period s a week early ? Why is this happening

Hi, I could be due to no of reason, like stress, exertion, etc leading to hormonal imbalance. Watch it for next few cycles n see if it continues consult Gynac near u for treatment.
