Spot pain in back muscle

Hi dr, Before 3 weeks I slept with my son. He used to bend his legs in my back bone muscles. I don't know because of deep sleep, after that day there is pain in particular spot in back muscle. When I sleep in ground without pillow its good but in a bed it gives light pain. but no swellings Is it major issue?
