Dr's pls advice , this need to take immediate action ? Recently some spot were found on my son neck ( 3 & half year old kid ) No pain & no itching at all . These spot's we're found recently & spreading near by as well .Suggest any ointments & skin cream. Responds highly appreciated !

I can understand your problem,  you can try czson cream but if no improvement or skin rash getting worse then consult doctor

It's seems fungal infection only.. u can try any anti fungal cream like miconazole ointment..
