I have a new spot on the palm of my hand. It is very small and black, and is round. Could this be cancer?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Well, i don't know dude. Because i haven't seen it. If you had attached a picture of it, may be i would be able to see it. Also, why just cancer? It can be a lot of things. Get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
