Yup it may be due to certain heavy pressure on ur back or it may be due to ur profession as well as u r playing u badminton...if ur weight is more try to decrease it...see after taking pain killer it will decrease the pain for some time but it will treat only after when we treat internal pathology....and see in these kind of disease we advise to have least movement of that part because it may be sprain over there after taking pain killer pain reduces and we make movemnt of that part as we think that part is now ok by doing these we are making condition more worst...so avoid painkiller i am advising u some medicines have it because u have to play more and have to be fit...but avoid palying badminton for atleast a month...
