Hello, Spondyloarthritis (or spondyloarthropathy) is the name for a family of inflammatory rheumatic diseases that cause arthritis.Its non curable disease. Pain management and control of disease progression are given priority in treatment. NSAID s , local steroid injections are given to relieve pain .
