My grandmother spleen size enlarged measuring 15.1cm ,no Hilar collaterals seen within splenichilum.  Sir please tell which kind of treatment   you suggest to her.

hello the reason for spleenomegaly like hemolytic anemias leukemias should be evaluated if the cause can be treated then you can undergo medical line of treatment if the cause is not detected surgical line of treatment will be adviced consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
