Hello What is not clear is the time duration between the section and the present condition. What is also not clear is how did you come to know the enlargement whether it was on physical examination or on imaging. Because there are multiple causes for such thing including normal if mild. You need to meet Gastroenterologist and further evaluation including liver function test.
