Hello....... Viral infections, such as mononucleosis,Parasitic infections, such as toxoplasmosis,Bacterial infections, such as endocarditis ,malaria,  leukaemia are some of the causes for enlarged spleen..  There are different stages like mild moderate and severe enlargement.. Consult general physician .
