Is it concern to worry or everything is fine. I ask the person who did ultrasound but she said nothing to worry but still I need to confirm if something need to be done.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Why did you get the ultrasound done? What symptoms do you have. It needs to be correlated with the symptoms.
