Spinning problem
Have spinning problem at the time of slepping and weak up the problem is occure before i have visted on dr they said problem is for bitamin b12 that time i have taken vitafol injection before 1 year now same problem is starting again what is the solution for that can you please help me .

TABLET STEMETIL MD, PUT ONE TABLET IN MOUTH IT DISSOLVE ITSELF FOLLOWED BY REST. YOU CAN TAKE THREE TIMES PER DAY.
