Hello Dr. My elder brother has high pressure but problem is that by taking Amlodac 2.5 tablets from around 5yrs,his blood pressure is not getting stable so, my request is to give a better medicine or any home remedies. He also taking Gardenal 30 for some other problem. Thanking you
