Sir , when i m talking with someone or walking at night after meal i talk with someone why my eyes and head spinn plss help me

It may be due to various causes .Consult a general physician or homoeopathic doctor and check ur oulse,bp,xray of cervical spine,fasting sigar,anaemia etc.after considering all of this we can properly treated u.
