Hello , Scoliosis cannot be cured by only medicines.medicines  will surely help you reduce pain but  to correct the spine it is very imporatant to correct alignment .it can be gained through good postural correction , if very severe scoliosis you may require a brace. It is advised you visit a physiothetapist who can show you correct posture and streghtening exercises for your back's weak muscles .
