After MRI detected with 1. Limber Spondylosis, 2. Multilevel lumber degenerative disc disease with acute annulus tear at L4, L5 level 3. Diffuse disc bulge at L4, L5 level causing neural foraminal effacement and compression of existing nerve root 4. Spinal Canal narrow L4 L5

it would be better if u tell ur symptoms and send us Mri film. it's like seeing person photo is best rather than it's description. every other person after 40 years will have changes in lumbar spine.
