Sphincter muscle relaxation

I had a piles laser surgery on 1st June and till 3rd of July, there was bleeding while bowel movement. Now bleeding has stopped but still sphincter muscles are not relaxing immediately after bowel movement and also need to strain sometimes. Can you please suggest medicine. Thank you in advance.

Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and high fibre containing diet. Drink plenty of water. See that you have a free motion. Practice pelvic floor exercises thrice a day. If no relief within 15 days , consult your doctor.
