Sperm release difficulty

Since some period occassionally I feel difficulty while releasing sperm.my erections are usually normal;but some times say for a month or two I really feel hard to have erections and even after erection with great difficulty I could release few drops of sperm. Please advice. I will be ever thankful to you doctor. Kiran Kumar k.
