Sperm not getting released in sex

Dear doctors, I got married 6 months ago. Sperm not getting released during sex. It releases in masturbation. I used to mustrubate in past. I'm trying to release sperm in sex but no use. Please give me solution.

ur problem having 2 reason 1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion 2- medical as sex hormone etc better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly rather than just blind treatment
