During night time my sperm is leaking abnormally without getting harder. Earlier It used to happen by getting harder I recently diagnosed with varicocele grade 1 also experiencing sometimes left side penis pain and when I went to semen analysis I was not able to get my penis harder however I managed to do it and got 72 million and 50 motility
