Sir I have checked my sperm in a diagnostic centre 3 times in 2016 july when I checked it 10 million after taking medicines maxoza L and siphene m 25 in September 2016 it increased up to 20 million and in April 2017 report shows it 35 million 40% motile rate so is it enough for pregnancy ?

Yes u may achieve pregnancy, consult ur gynaecologist for evaluation of ur wife. Do regular intercoarse. Mind it, seman count keep on changing every three months.
