Sending My Reports For Sperm Count Less Two Month Ago My Sperm Count Is Very Healthy And Good But Within Two Month How My Counts Are This Much Less I couldn't understand ? Please guide me i Am Attaching My Report

Sperm counts vary every day. They are a reflection of our health in preceeding 75 days......so its not the count which matters But absolute motility is what matters... Some labs still report normal range of sperm count being 60-120 million......but as per latest WHO standard its 15-120 million..... So seek consultation with urologist or abdrologist...rather than getting worried
