You have testicular failure. Most commonly it is from a condition called klinefelters syndrome which is because people are born with an extra chromosome. I suspect you may have the same condition. I have the same opinion. Your chances of fathering a child is more or less nil. Consult an andrologist/ infertility specialist. There is a procedure called micro tese which can extract sperm cells after a special procedure. The chances even with that is less but you could consult a specialist as suggested
