My sperm count is decreasing. 1 year ago it was 39 Million then 6 months later it was reduced to 28 Million. Now it is 15 Million. I want to know the reason. And due to which I have trouble getting my wife pregnant. Please suggest me whom approach, a sexologist, Andrologist? I neither smoke nor drink. Then why my sperm count is decreasing?
