Dear Sir, i have a 3.5 year old boy. My son has finished pre-school and is currently started LKG. He is able to answer academic related questions, read sentences and words but is not able to speak fluently at home. He responds in one words for his needs and is not able to strike a regular conversation. We are not sure if this needs thereapy?
