Since 15 days my words in speech are getting changed, I'm doing one thing, and thoughts are running in many directions,unrelated to the thing I'm doing, even I'm losing the sleep and more confused . finally unable to concentrate on one thing ,loosing the confidence and getting frustrated and loosing patience
