Speech problem

My 3 years old son speaks Mummy, Papa ,Dada but not other words like Paani,khana etc. Taken him to ENT specialist in Ranchi who after test says his left ear is blocked. Given medications for 3 months. One month already over. No improvement. What can be the problem. Suggest some doctors or hospitals for treatment in Ranchi or Kolkata. Thanks

The child's left ear has impaired I.e dysfunction is there. As he has one normal ear he can speak like other kids but as he is just 3 years we can wait for his speech. But consult a good ENT specialist who have experience in audiometry so that your future follow up will be smooth. Thank you.
