From last couple of days I am facing left side weekness in face or hand... Not all time.. Some time I am facing.. Sometime I am facing tingling in left face. And pressure type in back head or neck.. I have to work in computer 9hours per day. Today when I working it feel pain in head. Today I feel slurred speech in toung. I am on telma 40 from last 2year. Please let me know what is the reason? From last couple of days my BP is 140/100 Stroke brain tumor or nurve issue? I am only 28year male.. Please help
