Hello, my son s 3yr3mnth nw.His struggling & repating first sounds of the word...Before he was smoking good..past 20days as I observed his struggling to speak words(some few words ) & all starting sound of words he l repaeating..I am worrying so much..can u suggest me what to do?..Any serious pblm?
