I can understand your concern.
I hope you are not in too much pain.
It could be that there is some damage to the muscles or tendons around the area. It will require a physical examination. It doesnt look like tennis elbow from history but further examination and certain tests will give clues.
Kindly consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
Do not lift weights for few days.
