Sore throat with phelgum

I have have got hey fever last Friday just for one night , then body weakness for two days with fatigue. I have been taking this medicin since last Monday . Now there is not fever weakness anything only sore throat little bit and mucus comes very frequently no cough .

Do saline gargles atleast three times a day.. Nothing to worry..
