My dad age 55 TB treatment is going on since 1 month. Everything become almost normal except his voice. His voice become low Sore throat/hoarse in mornimg and after evening. At noon when he stay under sunlight. His voice become almost normal. How to overcome from it?..He take gargle everyday three times. Medicines are Akurit-4 daily 4 no before brkfst and half benadon and taking inhelr Maxiflo 250 twice a day. Please suggest.

Hello... He has tuberculosis and he is under treatment for that.. But throat infection could be bacterial or viral.. Avoid oily foods, have lukewarm water, continue gargling with salt water.. Avoid exposure to cold and polluted weather.. Consult general physician..
