I'm feeling sore throat from last three days and gradually it's increasing. I took 'Sinarest' tablet as per pharmacist's advice but still it's not recovering. I'm getting problem while having food and water, along with this I'm sweating very frequently. Besides this sore throat, I don't have any other problem like fever, cold and cough, breathing problem. Please help me out as I'm not getting any doctor in current situation and please suggest some medicines and remedies. Thank you,
