My dad called me into his room cuuz something was irritating his ear where his glasses go , I have never seen something so weird... He has a bump that's squishy and kind of stings to the touch behind his ear on the top side , it's not in the crease though. It looks like a deep cut going through it but it's not an open wound. Again, I've never seen something so weird.

He seem to be having eczema of the skin secondary to chronic irritation by glasses. Usually application of steroid antifungal creams is sufficient to take care of this condition.
