Sore bump on right buttocks near vagina

The bump has doubled in size over the last 4 days and it hurts when I walk or wipe. It is very tender and the pain is almost like a pimple, only worse.

Could be furunculitis with abscess formation Need to visit a surgeon or gynecologist If pus is there need to be drained And antibiotics need to be started
