Sore bloodshocked eyes
For the last 3 Thursday mornings when i wake up at around 6.30am i can hardly keep my eyes open, they are so bloodshocked and sore. I have Football Training on a Wednesday evening from 7pm-9pm and wonder if this is anything to do with it. But its strange how its only just started happening. I use eyedrops when i wake up and eyes are bloodshocked and takes a couple of hours until eyes slowly start adapting to the light but they are still a little sore and still bloodshocked.

It's difficult to decide without any photographs but it seems that its some allergic reaction to the environment to expose your eyes at Wednesday evening and so every Thursday you have red eyes.
Your football training is recent or from long time you are having it.?
Best to consult nearby ophthalmologist when your eyes are red..so he or she can have better look at it ad can advice further.
