Sometimes when I cough or sneeze I feel a sort of jerk in my heart , also quite often I feel some resistance in my heart but no pain at all

Jerk in heart on coughing or sneezing could be Heart Rhythm disturbance called Ectopics..  Resistance in chest could be due to Respiratory problem.. Also Heart Problem presents in similar Fashion.
