HELLO, IT SEEMS, NOT ACTUALLY HAPPENING, OTHER WISE THE  FINGER BECOMES CHARED BLACKENED AND PROBABLY  FALLS DOWN AS IN DIABETIC FOOT. TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS. O.K BYE.
